I cannot install ScanSnap Manager on my ScanSnap. |

Begin by confirming whether or not your computer's OS supports the fi-5110EOXM.
Please note that ScanSnap is not supported by either OS10.0 or OS10.1.
* Click the "Apple" icon, select "About this Mac", and then press the "Detailed information button".
* System informatin may be viewed by clicking "Applications", selecting "Utility" and them pressing "System profiler"
