What do I do when "ScanSnap Organizer" does not display the correct thumbnail image or when this application freezes? |

Downloading the following "ScanSnap Organizer Update Package 1" will rectify many such problems:

[Note] When ScanSnap has been installed in a system that supports access the Internet, you can update your ScanSnap Organizer by selecting "Online Update (U)" from the "Help (H)" menu.
See the section titled "README", found on the same page, for further details.
Furthermore, please note that thumbnails and pop-up thumbnails are not properly displayed when the cache data has been altered. When thumbnail images are not properly displayed, erase the relevant hidden ".organizer" folder and create a new one. |
