Question What can I do when gaps or lines appear between the two "stitched" images?
Answer
Please check the following points.
  1. Has the document been properly folded in half?

    * When scanning thick documents, the two images have a tendency to skew outwards from the top.

  2. Place the document snuggly against the carrier sheet edge.



  3. Feed Carrier Sheets into your ScanSnap with the closed end facing the scanner.
