| ScanSnap Carrier Sheets (2) |
The size of the image created by my ScanSnap differs from that of the actual document. How can I correct this? |
- When your ScanSnap creates images that are smaller than the original documents, correct this problem by using the following procedure. First, open up ScanSnap Manager's "Carrier sheet setting" window. Then proceed to select "Automatic Detection" in "Output image size".
- When your ScanSnap creates images that are larger than the original document, crop the image to your preferred size using Adobe® Acrobat® 7.0 or another application. When using Adobe® Acrobat® 7.0, select "Advanced Editing" in the "Tools" menu, and proceed to click "Crop tool". Then, delineate the area that you do not want to crop and double click your mouse. Note: Placing a white sheet of A4 sized paper behind the document being scanned improves cropping performance.
