Can I search text data in PDF images created by "ScanSnap"? |

PDF data created by ScanSnap is image data, which cannot be searched as is. However, it is possible to search text in these PDF files by using Adobe® Acrobat® 6.0 Standard's Paper Capture function, which performs OCR (optical character recognition) on them.
Note: It is recommended that you do not use Normal mode if you wish to capture scanned data. |
