ScanSnap is disconnected.
Exit the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool, and then select ScanSnap from [Connect to:].

- Because the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool was started, the mobile device was disconnected from iX500.
- Resolution
- Exit the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool first, then connect the mobile device to iX500 again.
