- You have set up no password.
- You have forgotten the password.

- Perform the following:
- To connect to a computer running on Windows
Set up a password from the [Scan to Mobile - Basic] dialog box of Scan to Mobile.
If you have forgotten the password, set up a new password because there will be no way to confirm it.

- To connect to a Mac OS
Set up a password from the [Scan to Mobile - Basic] window of Scan to Mobile.
If you have forgotten the password, set up a new password because there will be no way to confirm it.

- To connect to iX500
Set up a password from the [Mobile connection setting] window of the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool.
If you have forgotten the password, you can confirm it by selecting the [Show password] checkbox.
