Preview of the file cannot be displayed.
- Cause
- Possible causes are:
- There is not enough memory in the mobile device.
- The resolution of the scanned image is high.
- A PDF file that cannot be displayed in ScanSnap Connect Application is selected.

- Perform the following.
- Exit other applications running in the background with the multitasking feature (which allows multiple applications to run at the same time), or restart the mobile device.
- Specify a lower resolution in ScanSnap Manager in the computer, and scan the document again.
- In Adobe Acrobat, check the compatibility of the PDF file. If a particular version is set for [Can be Opened by:] ([File] menu → [Properties] → [Security] tab), either specify an earlier version or change the setting to allow all versions of Acrobat.
