Receiving a file
When the computer is connected and there is a file ready to be sent from the computer, the mobile device will receive the file automatically.
The file name and the progress are displayed while receiving the file.
The received file will appear on the [File List] screen.
Once you receive the file in the mobile device, you can send and view it in another application, or check its content on the [Preview] screen.
ATTENTION
- If the mobile device fails to receive the file (e.g. communication error), it will resume from the same file when connecting to the computer again.
- Up to 1,000 files can be received with ScanSnap Connect Application.
If the total number of files including existing files in ScanSnap Connect Application would exceed 1,000, start receiving the files after deleting unnecessary files in ScanSnap Connect Application.
- ScanSnap Connect Application uses the default font of the operating system. When a file name includes a character that is not supported, the character will be replaced with ☐.
- Do not close the application while receiving a file. Otherwise, it may slow down the next startup because the [File List] screen will take time to reload.
