The cache data is created from the thumbnail-displayed pages. Do not delete the cache data. Otherwise it affects the display performance. Due to the specification, the display performance of PDF files saved in a read-only device such as a CD-ROM is not improved since the cache data is not created. In order to improve the performance, copy the PDF files to the hard disk, open them and write them to a writable CD again together with the created cache data. The cache data is not removed automatically even if the application is uninstalled. Delete them manually if necessary. o A file with a file path name longer than 220 characters is not displayed. Rename the file path name to be 220 characters or less when it exceeds 220 characters. o When the printer setting is configured to Adobe Distiller or Adobe PDF, the following error occurs when a password-protected PDF file is printed. This is a specification of Acrobat. This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file. Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted. %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%% %%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %% o If no print action is specified when printing a JPEG file, an "Associated application of %1 not found" error occurs. In this case open the file with an application supporting the JPEG file and print it. o It is known that if you use Hotmail as an associated e-mail application and fail to send an e-mail, the extension of the attached file is changed (to the one including "^" ). This symptom occurs only when you use Hotmail with Windows XP and it occurs when sending an e-mail from Internet Explorer as well.
